House Manual
There’s a handy guide book in the house which details places to eat, where to shop, marinas, where to hike, waterfalls, all kinds of things to do... NO SMOKING! All trash must be in tied and secured kitchen trash bags.When checking out... * Leave used towels in the tub or shower. * Used beds should be left unmade. * Adjust temp settings.
AC to 78* in summer.
HEAT to 60* in winter. * Put all trash in bags in can outside. * Remove any opened food items from the frig. * If you moved any furniture, inside or outside, put it back. * Turn off lights, ceiling fans, TV... * Make sure all doors are locked and key is returned where you got it. * Make sure fireplace is off and fire at firepit is extinguished.
